CROWBOROUGH RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB CALLING NOTICE FOR ANNUAL GENERAL

 MEETING 23 JUNE 2010 

 NOTICE is herby given of the Annual General Meeting to be held in the clubhouse on Wednesday 23^rd June 2010 commencing at 8.00pm.

Please make every effort to attend. Nominations for officers, which must be in writing and proposed and seconded by a full member of the Club, must reach me by no later than Monday 14^th June 2010. Notice of any formal items must similarly be in writing and reach me by Monday 14^th June 2009. At the end of formal business other items, which have been submitted in writing by 14th June, can be raised.
